Summary: Sortira is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not require accounts, we do not collect personal identifiers (such as real names, phone numbers, contacts, or GPS location), and we do not track you across apps or websites.
1. Information We Collect and Why
We only collect the minimal technical and gameplay information necessary to provide and improve the game:
Anonymous Gameplay Data: When you complete levels or achieve scores, an anonymous random installation identifier (e.g. u_randomId) is used to store your game progress and leaderboard records in Cloud Firestore. No personal identity is attached.
Analytics & Diagnostics: We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to monitor crash logs, app stability, and anonymous gameplay events (e.g. levels played). This helps us fix bugs and optimize performance.
Purchases: In-app purchases (the one-time "Remove Ads" purchase and the auto-renewable "Premium Pass" subscriptions) are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. We never have access to your credit card or billing details.
Advertisements: Sortira offers optional rewarded video ads via Google AdMob (where you can watch an ad to earn bonus coins). Ads are non-personalized for unknown-age users, and we do not use IDFA / App Tracking Transparency (ATT) tracking.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Sortira does not collect, access, or store:
Your real name, address, or email address
Your contact lists or address book
Precise GPS location
Photos, microphone, camera, or device files
Biometric data or sensitive personal details
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted third-party SDKs strictly for app functionality, analytics, and advertising:
Apple Game Center / Google Play Games: Managed under your native platform account settings.
4. Data Deletion and Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
In-App Deletion: You can instantly delete all local data and cloud-backed game progress at any time by going to Settings → Delete My Data inside the game.
Direct Request: You can also contact us at motazhamada@gmail.com to request immediate deletion of any associated anonymous records, including the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat (not covered by the in-app action). Store billing history itself is kept by Apple or Google.
5. Children's Privacy
Sortira is an all-ages logic puzzle game intended for a general audience (13+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it immediately.
