Data Deletion Instructions

Your Data Rights: Sortira does not require account creation, nor do we collect personal identification like your email, name, or phone number. We store only anonymous installation identifiers and level scores.

Option 1: Instant In-App Data Deletion (Recommended)

You can completely erase all your local data, scores, unlocked themes, and cloud-backed game progress directly in the app at any time:

Open Sortira on your device.
Tap the Settings gear icon (or open Menu → Settings).
Scroll down and tap Delete My Data.
Confirm the prompt. All local and cloud records associated with your device install are instantly deleted.

Option 2: Data Deletion by Email Request

If you have uninstalled the application or wish to submit a manual deletion request, please email our support team:

Subject: Sortira Data Deletion Request
Details: Provide your anonymous Install ID (if known, located in Settings) or platform details.

All requested data will be permanently wiped from our Firestore databases within 48 hours.
